There is no conference registration fee.  Our sponsors, the Canadian International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the World Health Organization, the Fogarty International Centre, National Institutes of Health, USA, and the South African Medical Research Council have generously sponsored the costs of the meeting, venue, lunch and tea.

However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. 

A limited number of accommodation and/or travel scholarships are available for attendees from developing countries without institutional support.  Preference will be given to attendees already implementing OpenMRS or planning to implement OpenMRS.
